(i). I can hear these questions/thoughts often:

I want loving relationship.😍 How come I can’t create the relationship, that I want?🤔 Am I missing something in my relationship?😱

Never work on the relationship.

Be love 💖, so much love that when others are with you, they are love💕- Abraham Hicks

Focus upon YOUR thoughts💨 & feelings:

• how you feel and think, state of being does impact, so feeling good💃 is the best way to bring in harmony.

• Feeling of absence 😭of something in relationship does bring in resistance, so ignore it and focus on the feeling good thought.

• Forgive and let go off the past from your subconscious mind by reprogramming the mind with positive aspects and releasing the past anger😡, resentment🤕 of that person (if any) from you.

• Once you let go then, find the feeling of being in the relationship WITH LOVE💜 in your Heart, when you see there you want to be, the vision of the future, trust and allow😇.

• Mate with your own soul😘, because best things can happen with, who you really are.

• Being a happy person😀, tuning and tapping in the feelings of love 🥰towards you and finding the best version of you, attracts you for the good in others.

Questions:

(ii). I have a traumatic past.

Why do I feel that the traumatic event is happening to me over and over again?

I have been dealing with this for many years, isn’t it too late to look for help?

I feel the trauma triggers and I am stuck in the same situation.

 

These traumas can be the barrier between YOU and YOUR future. ☝️

In general, to say, there is active vibration (stronger emotion) i.e. the memory, in you about the past that is triggered, when there is any external event/environment, viz., like you are watching TV/movies/ certain incidents, that alters/changes the feel inside you which gets back and you are frozen/ stuck in the past event again. The higher the emotion quotient (long term memories), the more you feel that you are re-experiencing it again. 🙆‍♀️🤷‍♂️

Acknowledge genuinely what feels you satisfied and dissatisfied; what you don’t want helps you to know what you want. Consider the importance of contrast, as without silence, how do you know about sound, without darkness how can you appreciate light;

You can overcome this emotion🧞‍♂️, as the problem is only active in the brain and body. Practice through leading edge tools of Law of Attraction, viz., by tapping in & tuning in, to release the energy.

By reprogramming the mind consciously, the emotion starts to lose its power on you. 🕺💃

At the new level of mind, healing is done with thought alone💜. Thus, at peace/ rest that vibration is deactivated. So, ‘find the path of least resistance, where you always feel better. By always reaching for the feeling of joy, or well-being you would always be moving toward that which you desire.’- Abraham Hicks

Prepare yourself and introduce the idea of getting out of it.

Why do I wake up grumpy?🙆‍♀️
I open up my eyes after sleep, I have negative thoughts.🤕
After I wake up, I feel depressed.😣
Feeling exactly the same way I slept.

Well, be happy that you are aware of the thought patterns, that are worrying you and acknowledging that it does exist.

Foremost, understand that there are certain past emotions (vibrational patterns) that are residual in your current personality. ðŸ¤”

Remember that the feelings/ thoughts hold the vision of the future, so organize the practice to be in the present moment. Deliberately find the sense that represents ‘feeling good’ viz., anticipation of more and more wonderful things coming to you; use the leading edge tools of Law of Attraction, to transform from problem solving mode to solution discover mode.🎯 You can:

• Find ways for the energy to flow
• Focus on words than action
• Feel excited and jump in to the day.
Every moment is part of fulfillment, so bring eagerness to get up in the morning.☀️
Wake up by becoming of all that you want to be, so consciously, in so LOVE💗 with the idea of being alive. ðŸ’œ
