Cure depression with Psycho Neurobic Programming By Dr BK Chandrashekhar

Depression is a prominent condition that significantly impacts one’s well-being and quality of life. It substantially increases the rate of mortality in adults through either unnatural causes or cardiovascular disease. Researchers say that the decline of family ties, losing the connection with one’s roots, loneliness, and the inability to participate actively in local community activities, give rise to depression, especially when accompanied by some physical disability or demoralisation.

The chemistry and metabolism of the body change and one feels uncomfortable because of high heart rate, high blood pressure, high level of anxiety, and fast excretion of all wastes from our body. It affects our mental faculties which, in turn, impacts our overall physical well-being, thus making it important to cure oneself of depression.

Psycho Neurobic Programming is the exercise of transferring spiritual energy to neural cells by connecting the psyche (mind) to the supreme source of spiritual energy (God) and thus activating the superconscious mind to experience a blissful, positive emotion to reprogram the subconscious mind.

The method for blissful Psycho Neurobic Programming
Sit down comfortably and hold your hand in gyan mudra (see the first picture above). Concentrate on a 3D violet stereographic image (see the second picture below) for five minutes to resonate the crown chakra with a maximum frequency of 732 THz to activate the master gland—the pituitary gland—to release serotonin, dopamine, melatonin, endorphins, encephaline, and other happy hormones in the body. Inhale deeply and visualise a shower of blissful violet colour from the Almighty on the top of the crown chakra, spreading through the whole body. Exhale slowly with humming sound and keep your tongue touching your palate, visualising dark black fumes (toxins) releasing through the nostrils. Continue this process two times a day for a minimum of 15 minutes.

The role of the 3D image in PNP
Just as one can burn paper by directing the sun’s rays over it through a magnifying lens, similarly one can focus on a 3D image, making the brain stereographic and focused like lense. Then it starts Resonating with the frequency of colours on which one concentrates. This resonance further tunes the related chakra and develops the positive emotions related to that chakra and heals holistically. A three-minute concentration on a 3D image is equivalent to 30 minutes of meditation.
