Manage anger with  peaceful Psycho Neurobic Programming

It is said that anger can kill and mind can heal. But it is not the anger that kills; it is the way we choose to process the anger that could hurt us or make us sick. The body is a mirror of our thoughts, emotions, and beliefs. Our cells have an intelligence of their own, and they respond to every thought we think, every emotion we have, and every word we speak. A repetitive pattern of thinking and suppressing negative emotions such as anger, resentment, bitterness, and hatred can and will eventually manifest as dis-ease of mind and consequentially, as diseases in the body. Literally, suppressed emotions become like ticking bombs waiting for the perfect conditions to detonate and manifest as diseases. 

Anger is undoubtedly a self-defeating and self-destructive emotion. It can cause physical problems like disturbed sleep, tiredness, hypertension, heart problems, ulcers, stiffness in the joints, cancer, and other physical complications. Anger, when out of control, can lead to violence against someone you are close to, leading to physical injury and even fatalities. You may say or do things that you cannot undo and damage your relationships.

Anger management with peaceful Psycho Neurobic Programming

As darkness is the absence of light, in the same way, anger is the absence of peace and happiness. To manage anger, we simply need to programme our mind with peace and joy. For that to happen, we need to raise the vibration of our brain cells with the frequencies of colours, with a feeling of peace in our heart while holding the hand in vayu mudra (see the picture below). When we focus on a 3D image, our brain becomes sharply focused and resonates with the frequencies of the colours on which we concentrate. This resonance further tunes the related chakra and develops the positive emotions related to that chakra and heals holistically. Three minutes of concentration on a 3D image is equivalent to 30 minutes of meditation.

Follow the given steps for five minutes twice a day, regularly: 

• Concentrate on the blue 3D psycho neurobic image to resonate your mind with the frequency of peace for three minutes.
