New year resolution

I really loved the cover story, Messages From  The Body Temple, in the January 2023 issue of  Life Positive. This article shows us the power  of our mind through many examples and  also gives us the insight that we need to pay  attention to ourselves for better wellness and  well-being. Many masters have emphasised  the importance of being attentive to ourselves  since time immemorial.

One of my resolutions for the new year is  to listen to myself in the physical, mental,  emotional, and spiritual domains due to this  wonderful article. I think this article will have  a similar impact on others too. It truly espouses  all that Life Positive stands for.

The January 2023 piece Messages From The Body  Temple was really fantastic. All parts of the  interconnections that exist in the body, mind,  and spirit are explored well. It shows the power  that our minds have over our bodies. Instead  of visiting hospitals for various tests, I believe  we should pay more attention to the messages  our bodies provide us, as stated in the article.  I recall my mother always telling us to do this  before going to the doctor.

Thank you for your informative article, Life  Positive.

The cover article, Messages from the Body Temple,  in the January 2023 issue taught me a lot. When  I was stressed, I used to have a lot of health  problems. This article points to the need for  listening to our bodies to determine what is good for us and what is harmful to us. It certainly  speaks to me since it shows the connection  between the body, mind, and spirit.I believe that  we should be taught more about consciousness,  even in schools. This would possibly result in a  higher level of happiness for everyone.

Soulful solace

The article by Megha Bajaj, Soul-O-Trip, in the  January 2023 issue of Life Positive was great.  She brings out how we need to access the inner  strength that is always with us to have such  spiritual trips. Her sharing the loss of her mother, with positive memories of her, made me feel how  any event depends upon how we look at it. She was able to make even this event a beautiful one by  remembering only the wonderful moments they had shared. This insight—to not grieve but bring  peace to ourselves by knowing that the departed soul is always with us—is something I shared with  everyone.

Making the most of your money

Shivi Verma’s article, Money and Relationships, in the January 2023 issue was really thought-provoking.  It is true that many relationships are impeded by money concerns at all stages of their existence.  According to the author, when money enters into a relationship, the situation becomes either fragile  or volatile if not managed properly. She emphasises the reality that even blood relationships are  influenced by financial reasons. I liked her practical advice on how to spend money wisely to get  both peace of mind and good karma. This is only possible by striking a balance between its use to  aid those in need and its use for our own purposes.
