Superconscious Living
December 2015
Our consciousness consists of 3 states Conscious, Subconscious and Superconscious Conscious is the mind that works through the senses and reacts to this world. Subconscious is a reservoir of all our past experiences and actions. Actions residing in subconscious gradually becomes a habit if you repeat it often enough. There is proven scientific method given by Paramhansa Yogananda to change habits. It is said the seat of subconscious is at the base of the skull behind our head. Superconscious is a state where you are in tune with the divine where all true wisdom and true guidance comes from. It is a sweet expanded feeling of love, joy, peace and calmness you feel when in deep meditation. As you practise deeper, longer meditation this slowly seeps into your conscious life and you start experiencing this state in your daily life in small moment and then it gradually expands. Yogis say superconscious is the horizon between the conscious and subconscious and as you concentrate on the horizon you can penetrate it from the world of dimension to a dimensionless world. The horizon they are talking about is the horizon where the eyebrows meet that is the spiritual eye. Superconscious Living is a life which is guided by your higher state. In your daily life by reaching out to that inner calm and peace that you experienced during meditation you bring the superconscious guidance to your conscious life instead of reaching out to your past experiences residing in your subconscious. It is a completely new way of living your life. As you practise this you will find that you are guided by superconscious wisdom even in most mundane things in your life.
