Abhay Kumar Shah recommends a combination of mudras for those suffering from debility

General debility is a condition which  refers to a reduction in bodily strength. When a state of infirmity, fragility, and  decrepitude replaces firmness, toughness, and  power, it is a situation of general debility. The  following are integral parts of the endocrine  system:

The symptoms may include fatigue, weight  loss, loss of muscles, pain, confusion, brain fog,  frailty, or shaky limbs. This condition can be  the result of a long-term illness or medication,  an acute illness like flu, an eating disorder,

lack of activity, or extreme old age.

•  Prithvi Mudra

This infirmity can lead to imbalance and  falls, consequently causing injuries like bone  fractures and wounds. It can lead to more  inactivity, and thus it forms a vicious cycle.

General debility also increases the risk of  infections and susceptibility to illness. This  can reduce the quality of life and make it  miserable.

Mudra Science claims that it has a solution for  general debility that is better than a tonic.

Prithvi Mudra helps create new cells in the body, increases immunity,  builds muscles, and helps you regain your strength.

Touch the tip of the ring finger to the tip of the thumb. Keep the remaining  three fingers comfortably straight. Place your palms on the thighs.

Practise for 16 to 30 minutes or as per your endurance.
