Healing for Gaia
October 2014
By Life Positive
Every 24 hours, there are clocks striking 9:09 in one or the other corner of the world, twice a day. Swami Shraddhananda, Founder of One Light Many Windows, proposes that this rather odd point of time be dedicated to offering universal gratitude to our beloved Mother Earth, twice daily. Swami Shraddhananda is a Himalayan hermit who is regarded as a spiritual guide by the Gaia community network. The Gaia Minute, as he has christened it, is an initiative to inspire people to meditate for just a few minutes at a time, so that there is a never ending round-the-clock healing of the Earth and all its beings.
This tiny capsule of meditation of a mere nine minutes length, will help to establish strength and positivity within the body, mind and spirit of an individual. The process allows your essence to flow through a wordless form of prayer to the beings around. In return you will feel lighter, more dynamic and positive about your life and circumstances. This synchronisation with Mother Earth through solemn and spiritual gratitude is called Hourly Universal Global Synchrony (H.U.G.S.), and is meant to benefit all. Everything in this movement is monetarily free and personality-free, for this initiative is meant to mobilise the world into a daily sync of ‘attitude of gratitude’. One Light, Many Windows is a movement that strives to bring together the philosophical teachings of various spiritual sages across space and time.
So, are you ready to join the wave and help Mother Earth heal?
