Yoga is for everyone Yog. In my experience yog is the sync of body, mind and spirit with each other. Yog is confluence with nature.Yog balances the prana shakti that we get from the five elements - Air, Ether, Fire, Earth and water. These all are the basic elements which are universally present on the mother earth. Whenever we sync with all these elements we get synced with nature automatically. Yog - Kriyas, Asanas, Mudras, Pranayams,Chantings and Dhyan or Meditation are helpful to human beings in keeping their lives physically and mentally fit. All the yog asanas and mudras are a gift from nature to us. Yog is a natural prcoess to heal our mind,body and soul. It relaxes our mind,body and soul. Whenever we think about yog, the first thought that comes into our mind is that, it is for a flexible body or it is very difficult to do asanas ,but in reality its not . Yog is for One and for All from Children to the elderly. If we do yog according to our capacity, we can achieve our desired goals. Yog doesn't only means to twist or turn our bodies, it is for the perfect sync of our body, mind and soul. Yog is a lifestyle to remain fit in all depratments of our lives. It helps us to perform our duties better. To remain relax and cool all the time,in all kinds of circumstances of life. In Todays context Yog is a therapy to heal our body ,mind and soul. Yog gives us immsense power to maintain a healthy balance in our day to day life.
