Edit Speak Terra Firma
Dear Reader,
Even though this issue carries a plethora of enjoyable and thought-provoking articles, we have broken the norm by doing a feature on the financial empowerment of women. Women are the wellspring of service, compassion, selflessness, and care, but they are not known for making hard decisions, especially of the financial kind.
Even those who are financially independent try to shift the responsibility of making investments to the male members of the family. They give away their power to others in this department, only to rue later on. Financial literacy is the key to leading a truly empowered life. Even men can benefit from this article and start investing wisely. When our feet are firmly planted on terra firma, we can be stress-free enough to focus on other significant aspects of our lives, viz., health, healing, relationships, and spiritual growth.
Another significant article is on listening to our body. If the body can tell us when it’s feeling hungry, sleepy, or thirsty, it is also capable of telling us which trauma or memory is at the root of the physical discomfort in our life. The article aims to reset this communication between our body and mind so that we can heal effortlessly. Just practise the method described in the article and press your healing button.
The third part of the series on work-life balance is a revelation in itself. It gives a wide-angle view of personal as well as professional life and gives much-needed relief to readers who have been trying desperately to balance the scales, albeit unsuccessfully.
Don’t forget to press the play button and listen to your favourite articles on the go if you find it difficult to sit down to enjoy them.
Have a happy September.
