Dear Reader, 

Once again, a year has ended and a new chapter of our lives has  begun with the dawn of 2024. 

The human spirit surfaced in the many highs and lows witnessed  in the last year. While violence, major accidents, wars, and natural  calamities bloodied the human landscape, many staggering  achievements too, of colossal scale, swelled up our hearts with  pride. India’s successful Chandrayaan-3 mission, huge haul at the  Asian games, grand hosting of the G-20 summit and passing of the  women’s reservation bill in the Parliament were landslide moments  that will be etched in history. But the most unforgettable one was  the rescue of 41 workers trapped inside a tunnel in Uttarkashi. The  operation had all the elements of a nail-biting Bollywood thriller,  with emotion, drama, despair, and hope thrown in, in good measure.  Humanity came together and forgot its differences of caste, religion,  and region as citizens watched with bated breath and prayed together  for the well-being and speedy rescue of the men trapped inside. It  showed what the collective power of attention, effort, and intention  can achieve if put to positive use. 

Life Positive too, with years of being in print, has been trying to do the  same. To tell the world that it is possible to create a paradise on earth  by healing ourselves, sending and sharing positive thoughts and  feelings, and applying the spiritual and universal law of ONENESS  in our lives. 

The human will is a formidable force. When it is channelled  constructively, it can move mountains and surmount the greatest of  odds. 

There is no better way to facilitate this blossoming of positive  willpower than to connect with our inner Divine. Communing with  it gives us clarity of thought, values, and a purpose, without affecting  our individuality. So, set that alarm clock, wake up before sunrise,  

and meditate on your inner guru to get the right guidance on  how to navigate 2024, which might bring many unexpected  and unforeseen surprises, both good and bad.
