Dr. Balveer Sikh is a psychologist, mindfulness and kundalini expert, a unique initiative that blends the depth of modern psychology with the timeless wisdom of Indian spirituality. He holds an MA in Clinical and Personality Psychology from India and a Doctor of Health Science (DHSc) degree from Auckland, New Zealand, with a research focus on mindfulness.
