Vibrational healing by Shruti Nada Poddar
According to yogis, the world originated from sound. Aum is the seed sound from which all other sounds spring forth. As such, sound has a profound impact on the plant, animal, and human kingdom.
Harmonious sounds heal and rejuvenate, while discordant sounds can actually create sickness in people. Using this very premise, Shruti Nada Poddar has designed workshops that use seed sounds to help connect people to their source. Not only do people get deeply absorbed in listening to sounds and ragas, they also report healing at a very deep-rooted level. Shruti Poddar is an educationist, musician, teacher, and an exponent of traditional Indian knowledge systems and philosophy. She is also a psychologist and health consultant, and works for social empowerment and wellness of women, youth, and ethnic communities. She is the pioneer of the sound healing ecosystem called Nada Vibronics. Shruti founded Shruti Foundation in 2006, a charitable trust that has tirelessly worked towards transformative learning and educational paradigms. She is also the founder of SHE (Salute Her Endeavour) Worldwide, a global initiative by women of South Asia.

Understanding karmic cycles through past-life therapy by Dr. Trupti Jayin
Past-life therapy moves beyond the conscious and critical mind space and allows the meditator to enter the deeper dimensions of the mind. It encourages the person to access memories deeply ingrained in the eternal engrams to develop awareness, insight, and perceptiveness, leading to behavioural, emotional, and spiritual transformation. The essence of spirituality is to know the soul or the true Self. In the true state, our consciousness is pure, omniscient, full of vigour, and in infinite bliss. These inherent attributes of the soul are however not experienced by man because he is bound by karma particles or engrams which is called karma-bandhan. In this workshop, we will examine karmas with respect to the following:
Eight types of karma, sthiti or duration, anubhava or intensity, and pradesh or area
The effect of karma can manifest immediately, after a delay, or get aborted. This depends on further actions a person takes. During the day-long workshop, many regressions to access and release the karmic bondages will be done.
Facilitator Dr. Trupti Jayin is a clinical psychologist and occupational therapist from the reputed G.S.Medical College, Mumbai, and a certified past-life therapist/rebirthing expert who has been working for the last three decades in the field of mental health with children, adolescents, and adults. She is known for the famous TV show Raaz Pichhle Janam Ka. She is a trained Gestalt Therapist, NLP Trainer, and EMDR facilitator. She has practised innumerable psychotherapies including dream analysis, art therapy, and movement therapy.

Colour therapy by Ajay Mishra
Colours do what acupuncture does with needles. Colours emit light that penetrates the skin and directly affects the acupoints, either energising the points that require more energy, or sedating the points that require less energy. We all know that colours affect our moods and vibrations. But that they can be used to facilitate healing is something not everyone is familiar with. In this groundbreaking workshop, participants will learn about the frequencies of colours and how to utilise them to heal diseases. Facilitator Ajay Mishra stumbled upon colour therapy after routine visits to doctors and hospitals failed to heal his mother of a severe stomach pain she had been suffering from for three years. He heard about the Acupressure Research, Training and Treatment Sansthan in Allahabad and was amazed by the recovery of his mother over there. Inspired, he delved more into it and became an exponent of the modality himself. The workshop will cover the following details:
Introduction to acupuncture and acupressure
Concept of colours and their effect
Acupuncture by colours
Demonstrations on the spot
Protocols for common diseases
Ajay Mishra has 20 years of experience in treating people through colour therapy. He treats more than 10,000 people a year. He conducts a live show on Pragya Channel called Call For Care. He also holds certificates in ayurveda, naturopathy, past life regression, reiki, and pranic healing. He is currently working on a book on the concept of colour numerology.
Relationships by Jacqueline Maria Longstaff (Rising in love—Moving from relationshit to relationship)
Relationships are the most baffling and challenging aspects of life. We enter them with the hope of getting support, contentment, and love, and end up getting hurt, disillusioned, or shortchanged. Yet there is no escaping them. We need them as much as we fear them. Relationships have this huge capacity to help us discover our best and worst aspects. This one-day event is for those who wish to be in conscious relationships on the way to awakening. It’s for those who want to move beyond the emotional dramas of falling in love, fear of losing, and projecting light and shadow onto the partner.
The themes include: integration of anima and animus (inner man and woman), rising in love, awareness of the unchanging one who witnesses all the dramas arising and passing in the realm of relationship, and learning how to be in relationships and at the same time realising your true potential without sabotaging your spiritual practice. Jacqueline, a Dutch by birth, has an ashram near the sacred hill Arunachala, India, and travels the world inspiring many through satsangs, meditation retreats, and other programmes.
Since her awakening, Jacqueline has been developing an old vision she had many years ago, a vision of the “Cosmic Airport”—a high vibrational energy field supporting birthing, awakening in life, and a conscious death process. She believes that only when one is deeply anchored in the heart can one reach the fifth dimension of spiritual elevation. She offers teachings, energy transmissions, and meditation to help you reach this state.

Organic kitchen gardening by Shammi Nanda
Let’s accept that all of us have a little farmer hidden within us waiting and wanting to find expression. Sadly, the lack of land and time in urban spaces often causes this passion to die an early death. However, enthusiasts have found out ways to nurture this interest in cities.
This workshop will talk of the ‘why’ of organic city farming, and the joy of having access to natural foods in a city. It will focus on how to do it by sharing practical processes to start organic gardening. Participants will gain hands-on learning on how to grow food easily and create a kitchen garden at home. Facilitator Shammi Nanda will teach how to build a connection with nature in a spirit of oneness and do only the minimum while letting nature do its own job. Shammi Nanda has been working on sustainable living, healthy food, and organic farming for about ten years. He has a background in filmmaking and was working in Mumbai when he developed breathing issues. He began to explore ways to heal himself with natural and wholesome foods and dove deeply into learning how to grow food himself. His quest led him to travel to different organic farms where he learnt how to do farming with nature, with least intervention. His appreciation for the harmony in natural systems made him look for organic ways of engaging with fellow human beings. This led to his involvement in Nonviolent Communication(NVC) and Sociocracy, a collaborative organisation design system.
Vastu Shastra by Manoj Juyal
The kind of living space we occupy determines our mood and overall well-being. While open, sunlit, roomy, and balanced spaces affect our mood and relationships positively, allowing abundance and prosperity to flow in, architecture that is not in alignment with the elements of nature can have the opposite effect on human lives. Vastu, the ancient Indian science of harmonising the living spaces, has the power to radically transform a person’s life and fortunes. Facilitator Manoj Juyal will focus on the significance of vastu in modern architecture and share effective tips and remedies. Manoj is an erudite scholar of vastu and astrology, based in Delhi. After completing his post-graduation and diploma in French translation, he spent several years in the Himalayas learning the Vedas, astrology, mantra chikitsa, kundalini jagran, chakra sadhana, and aura reading. Upon his return, he started the edification of astrology and vastu and founded ‘Panchtatwa—The Law Of Creation’, an institute where he imparts all the gained knowledge to eager students.
He is also the visiting faculty member of several premiere institutes and universities.
