New diet system for a new life
A friend of mine who had healed himself of a thyroid problem and obesity told me about a new diet system created by Amrish Patel, a mechanical engineer from Ahmedabad, who shares it free of cost with everyone through his WhatsApp group. Amrish Patel’s diet plan is a combination of raw and cooked food, fasting, and maintaining regular meal timings.
Amrish was always interested in yoga, ayurveda, and health-related activities but was still not able to cure his obesity, thyroid problem, seasonal allergy, and hernia, though he tried many things. During that time, he came across Mr B V Chauhan who had founded the New Diet System (NDS). An electrical engineer, Mr Chauhan suffered from many diseases but could not find a cure for any of them. At that time, he read the Ramcharitmanas and realised the importance of raw foods through the example of Lord Rama Himself, who lived on fruits, nuts,
and vegetables during his time in the forest. Mr Chouhan tried a new diet pattern and cured himself of all ailments within three months. He devised the New Diet System, saw its benefits on many, and now guides hundreds all over the world.
Amrish Patel who was completely cured after following the NDS is involved full-time in spreading it as much as possible. His Canada based son and daughter-in-law also promote it extensively and the consultation is totally free. The experiences shared by beneficiaries in a WhatsApp group inspire many to lead a more holistic life. This is a simple system with a combination of pranayama and dietary dos and don’ts. Anyone can apply it by following the guidelines for individuals as well as groups.
