There is no reason to fear death, as it is just a transition from one state of reality to another
In my interactions with the ‘silver’ people, be it my relatives or my clients, death seems to be a pre-occupying thought. Though every time I bring it up, I hear vehement denials, “No, I am not scared of death. I know that everyone has to die. All that I am scared of is being an invalid. I do not want to be incapacitated. I wish to die an instant death while I am up and about. The best thing is to die in sleep.” I respect everyone’s desire to be independent till their last breath, but I do not condone the unwillingness to discuss the reality of death.
As far as I understand the experience of death as a Past Life Regression Therapist: there really is no such thing as death. What we commonly believe to be the finality of death is just a transition from one state of reality (that of the physical matter in our Universe) to another state of reality (that of a vastly finer density known as the astral planes). This state is also known as the beyond, afterlife, life between lives or the fourth dimension.
However, these names are of no consequence whatsoever. The fact of the matter is that the astral planes are a reality, they do exist. These are the new homes for the souls who depart from our physical plane. From the astral planes, some souls decide to come back to the physical plane in a new body, while some choose to progress to other spheres of reality, namely mental planes.
Multi-dimensional beings
Let us examine the process that is erroneously known as death. We humans are multi-dimensional beings. Each one of us lives in a physical body, an energy body, an astral body, and a mental body. The astral body is referred to as the soul, while the mental body is the immortal spirit. The mental body is made in the true image of God. Since God is pure spirit, ultimately we all exist as pure spirits. The seat of our being is in the mental body. That is why we are called human beings.
All these so-called bodies relate to the degree and state of vibrations at each level. Yes, we are made of energy and information like everything else in this Universe, and we vibrate at different rates. That is why, we vibe with the people of our own vibrations. That is why we feel uncomfortable in close spaces such as elevators/lifts, where people of different vibrations crowd together. That is why we dislike some people before we even know them. It is all about the rate of our vibrations. Each one of us possesses a unique energy signature, or a unique pattern of vibration.
Each layer of the body that we live in vibrates from the very lowest to the very highest. When we are ill, sad, fearful, or worried we vibrate at a very low rate. When we are in love, joyful, peaceful, excited, and successful, we vibrate at a much higher rate. So now, you understand your highs and your lows! If you want to raise your vibrations, you know what to do: love yourself, love everyone and everything in your life, laugh, smile, and be happy. It doesn’t cost a penny, but it brings in hordes of benefits. You attract health and vitality by raising your vibrations.
What actually happens when people experience physical death? The circumstances of death vary from person to person. It may be a quick death, a violent death, a death after prolonged illness, a death resulting from old age or a self-inflicted death; there are numerous possibilities in between all these. The interesting part is that regardless of the modality of a death, what follows death remains more or less the same for everyone. At the precise moment that a physical body ceases to exist, a large amount of energy is transferred to the energy body.
Have you seen anyone’s face at the exact moment of death? The face suddenly looks so young, beautiful, and serene.
In transition
The energy body becomes the new temporary body for the deceased person. In this body state, you cannot see him/her, but she/he can see you and feel your emotions. Most of them find themselves fully alive in their energy bodies. Hence, they can fully observe the people present in the room. They are aware of what is happening there. They can hear themselves being pronounced as dead. Sometimes they stay and watch to see what is being done to their vacated bodies. Sometimes they try and convey to their grieving families that they are fine. They also realise that their families can’t hear them. Any attempt by a deceased person to communicate with their near and dear ones generally fails.
In this energy body, it is possible to travel anywhere in the world, or the entire Universe at the speed of thought. Many deceased people make the most of this opportunity and travel to say goodbye to their family and friends. Some visit their old homes and favourite places. Only psychics and clairvoyants can see these people. Living people, who experience out-of-body-experiences (OBE) or astral travel, do so in their energy bodies. The only difference is that these experiences are voluntary and people choose to come back to their physical bodies. We all have sometime or the other experienced OBE and astral travel in our dreams.
The deceased person can choose to leave this physical plane and move to higher realms just by desiring it. Otherwise, the transition will take place automatically once the supply of energy to the energy body is depleted. After that, the fine etheric body automatically moves to the astral planes as per its level of vibrations. Yes, there are many levels of astral planes.
Some deceased people do not hang around in the physical plane. As soon as they transit, they see a tunnel of light. They are pulled into this tunnel at great speed. However, it does not matter how you arrive in the astral planes, all you need to know is that you are never alone there. You are taken to a reception area for the newly arrived souls. Your previously deceased relatives and friends will be there to receive you, and help you settle in your new home. There are billions of souls living in the astral world at any given time.
Astral life
Astral worlds are almost identical to our physical world. So most people settle very quickly in those planes and start a new life. Sometimes, they choose to visit their family and friends in the physical world, but generally, they forget about their previous life. Have you heard of anyone feeling the presence of their deceased loved ones? Pets can sense such presence immediately. Some deceased people choose to watch over their loved ones living in the physical world. They guide them, inspire them, and protect them whenever possible. Some visit their family in their dreams. Thus, dreams of meeting dead people are very real indeed. Such dreams should not be dismissed lightly. Any messages from deceased loved ones should be taken seriously.
Although it is perfectly natural for people to grieve for a deceased person, it is very important to understand that the person is not dead in the sense that she/he has not ceased to exist. That person is just living in a new reality, experiencing love, joy, light, bliss, peace, and happiness on a level that we cannot even comprehend. So death should hold no fear whatsoever for anyone. Know beyond any doubt that a glorious life awaits you after your release from the confines of this physical body. There is complete peace and happiness. People live in complete harmony there.
Death, however tragic, sad, or unexpected means the liberation of the soul. This state should never be feared, or mourned. It is something to anticipate as a completely natural path of an individual’s evolution. This transition is a joyous time, a time of celebration.
