Finding your twin flame

A session on Re-looking at Love and Soulmates at Bodhisattva PS studio, in Delhi, was undoubtedly one of the best ways to welcome the blooming season of love and spring this February. Conducted by Pooja Sharma, founder and CEO of the studio, the session revolved around differentiating between soul mates and twin flames, and manifesting true love. Pooja is a healer dabbling in crystals, aroma, colour, reiki and dance therapies.
According to Pooja, a person can have many soul mates who make his/her life harmonious but may not necessarily have an intimate relationship with them. On the other hand, each person has only one twin flame. “Twin flames are two halves of one soul which take several births on this planet, and are completely opposite of each other in temperament. Unlike soul mates, which come into your life to complete you, twin flames come to shake your belief system. Before meeting each other, twin flames are complete in themselves and lead fulfilling lives. The purpose of meeting one’s twin flame is to simply evolve and reach the seventh realm of consciousness,” explained Pooja.
The session also covered the ‘soul planning’ process, explaining how before taking birth a soul designs its life graph for itself. Apart from that, concepts like ‘soul contracts,’ or energy blockages, and how to remove them were also discussed. The group then proceeded to find quick solutions to manifesting love, soul mates and twin flames into their lives, using among other tools, colour therapy, aroma and crystals. The session concluded with self-guided meditation and chanting.
