Yuga of the Youth: A Time for Transformation
Maitreya Dadashreeji explains to Rishi Rathod that we are at the threshold of a new yuga cycle and have the opportunity to ensure lasting peace on Earth in the New Age if we courageously choose love over fear
After being assigned to do a cover story on the probable shift in yuga cycles, I began to approach many gurus and knowers of Universal truths. In the process, I also approached Maiterya Dadashreeji, a spiritual guru and founder of MaitriBodh Parivaar, a Mumbai-based spiritual organization, in his opinion and how it would impact us all. Initially, due to a busy schedule, Dadashreeji asked for a month’s time to respond, but the topic was so dear to him that he went out of his way and replied within two to three days. The replies turned out to be so lucid, inspiring, and insightful that I felt they ought to be shared with our readers as they are. So it was decided that his answers should appear under the close-encounter section of Life Positive.
Maitreya Dadashreeji is a spiritual leader and a global humanitarian. His organization, The MaitriBodh Parivaar, focuses on providing selfless, social, and spiritual service to mankind. Pursuing the quest of finding the solution to all human suffering, he has started an initiative called ‘One World, One Family, One Truth,’ whereby he guides individuals, humanists, the youth, and atheists to walk the path of love and selfless service through a wide range of spiritual programs, as well as social, peace, and environmental projects designed to help individuals reconnect with their higher Self.
What are the visible signs of the yuga cycles shifting? Some say it is a cyclic change, some, a change of the magnetic field of the earth, whereas others say it’s the earth’s grid changing. Please enlighten us, Dadashreeji.
Yes, certainly. The shift has already begun. It occurs once every 14,000 years. Our planet will establish itself in a new energy field. During this shift, Nature, along with humanity, will witness a series of unprecedented events. One cannot see a galactic shift with the naked eye but can definitely see and feel what is happening with and around them. If we observe closely, we will notice one common phenomenon in the world—raging civil unrest. It is expanding its boundaries every day, engulfing newer areas, sectors, and communities. Unfortunately, we do not see any promising global initiative to resolve this. As a result, people are at the mercy of their fate and Nature. When one looks for the strength within, there is no help. The inner machinery is either not functioning or is damaged. The inability to align the ‘inner self’ with external situations makes life even more difficult. The disturbed and depressed mind is holding sway all over the world.
If one does not wish to see others, it is still okay; one may avoid it. But what about your own internal state? How are you faring there? Ask yourself, and then take a call. What is the next action plan in your life? To understand the impact, even if you put aside your personal story, look around and assess the condition of Nature. Is it the same as it was 20 years ago? Has it improved, or is it getting worse? Why is there a noticeable increase in the number of natural calamities all of a sudden? I can only suggest that even if you ignore the shift in the times for a while, at least acknowledge the fact that something serious is occurring all over the globe.
On the social media platforms and TV channels, there is seemingly an ideological conflict going on between the right-wing and left-wing, nationals and anti-nationals, and so-called seculars. People are getting influenced, divided on simple opinions, and taking sides. It is almost as if a war between good and bad, or light and dark is taking place. Are there some kinds of signs which you can see but are not visible to common people?
Do not categorize it as good or bad! We have been saying for a long time that society will split into two communities: constructive communities and destructive communities. One cannot keep oneself away from this. Situations will compel us to make a choice. The tricky part is to decide which way to go, as the choices will be deceiving. This time, the encounter will be decisive. It will culminate into a peaceful era for thousands of years.
What forces are at play? Are these forces responsible for the shift or change? What is the role of a seeker or a spiritual person in the given scenario?
The shift is a part of the evolutionary process. One should not directly hold negative or positive forces responsible for it. Time is the ruler. It will create the right kind of atmosphere for the shift. You should understand one thing: Disturbing energies will no longer have any place on Earth. Only peaceful energies will remain on the planet. If you want to define the nature of these opposing forces precisely, then they are ‘love’ and ‘fear.’ These two energies will come face to face. At one end, fear will confine your freedom, whilst, at the other, love will give you freedom. You have to decide whether to embrace love or fear.
How long will this continue? How can we remain balanced? What does this mean for the coming times?
The shift will continue as long as you want it to continue. Although we said everything happens with time, if you decide to work towards betterment, you will experience the results earlier than expected. As per the timeline, 2032 is the year when the ‘Divine Age’ begins. That does not mean it cannot start earlier. We are working towards accomplishing our vision of ‘One World, One Family’ in the next ten years.
Meanwhile, one has to keep the mind and heart open to receive guidance and support from the Divine. If you start improving the ‘self,’ you will automatically be able to find balance in whatever you do. Your journey into the future—the Divine Age—will be a smoother one.
Dadashreeji, if this shift is happening, how do you think we can prepare ourselves and our children to face the new realities in the coming times?
We have noticed that a majority of the population is still not serious about the changes occurring around them. They do not want to progress and encourage others to do the same. This makes it difficult not only for them but for others too. Self-correction would be the easiest way for anyone to begin their preparation. It will, eventually, unlock the doors of transformation. When you start experiencing these positive changes, you inspire and guide others, including children. Children are able to flow towards the future world far more easily, just the way a river merges into the ocean—with no resistance. Children adapt quickly to their new surroundings, whereas elders find it harder to embrace change. The current younger generation is well prepared and designed to enter the new world. Hence, we advise you to focus more on your spiritual growth.
How will this shift impact our education system, our relationships, and commerce in general?
Yes, you will see that the education system will change globally right from the foundation level. The current education system focuses more on science, technology, and so-called development through the exploitation of natural resources. Current technology focuses more on providing comfort to people, something they might never have asked for. The current ‘use and throw’ policy is directly harming the ecological design of the planet. Very few care about this. The foundation of a new education system will be that of instilling good values in the younger generation. Based on these values, they will explore the world and make their contribution to society through sensible and eco-friendly means.
Relationships and the commercial sector will go through a churning process and, thereafter, will create a better and freer economy. The fear of ‘How to survive?’ due to a scarcity of money will disappear. The needs of people will be minimal. The available resources at that time will easily satisfy the basic needs of the population. More importantly, economic growth will not be the yardstick to determine the success or otherwise of individuals or institutions.
Will this impact the institution of marriage and family?
Yes, it will impact close relationships as well. Some will get strengthened, and some will disintegrate. The outcome depends entirely on the foundation of the relationship. If the relationship is built on selfish, false grounds, it will not last long. However, if it includes love, sacrifice, and understanding, it will get strengthened with time. The making and breaking of relationships would be the most telling experience that people will witness. Hence, tune your relationships to love and mutual understanding.
Finally, Dadashreeji, due to this, what will the coming 50 years look like?
The changes we are talking about will be visible from 2032 onwards. Life, 50 years from now, will be a completely different world with different beings. These would be highly evolved beings. They would abide by the laws of Nature. A unique characteristic they will possess would be the power to manifest things. Nature-friendly technology would operate on a different source of energy. The form and the nature of energy will be different from the current one. This will be the fourth phase of the era that is ‘establishment.’ This dream will be a reality for many of you.
The message we wish to convey to the world is to know and accept that one needs to transform one’s self. The second step is to do something for this transformation. It is high time you identify your weaknesses and start correcting them without delay. Act to transform the ‘self.’ You may develop your own way or join anyone who can assist you. The current times are demanding the transformation you have needed for a long. We are available to guide genuine seekers or those who want to experience transformation in their lives.
