Life and Relations

Life is a force that should be equally balanced through relations and the spirit of oneness. Many times we just speak of relationships with two people staying together without the least of oneness and equanimity. They just carry-on their lives as though they are like two separate posts without any connections whatsoever. Whatever connections are there are meant only as a exterior decoration to keep their public image intact.
I don’t understand as to why couples are living a life of hollowness, without love and compassion. What impact do they think they make to each-others’ self ? its high time that, couples realize the true importance of emotions and a connection of these emotions amongst both of them. No relationship can go very far if such a connection fails to exist.
If there is no presence of any emotional tie-up there would be a situation of coldness in ones’ relations and these would hardly survive. I have seen many couples where love exists in one of the spouse but the other fails to respect this compassion, either taking their spouse for granted or completely failing to align themselves with their spouse. The compassionate spouse keeps on dying several deaths within their own shell and the other is totally unaffected and unfazed by their spouse’ emotional turbulence.
Today or tomorrow these couples would end up in divorce or a mishappening with the emotionally affected spouse and ruining the entire family altogether.
The unaffected spouse would not realize the loss till the time the loss actually happens and would repent throughout their lives for their lackadaisical attitude towards their spouse. The highlighted situation could have a different turn of events in case the unaffected spouse was actually having other relations outside their marriage. In this case the same spouse would relax without any accountability whatsoever, forgetting that, the emotional distressed caused by them to their erstwhile counterpart would find them clean .
Life is really amazing, and subjective in nature, when we know we are in full control of events and situations around us, we are caught in a totally unexpected turn of events which shock our entire being………
