“We must be willing to get rid of the life we have planned so as to have the life that is waiting for us.”
- Sai Baba
I do not remember having an ordinary childhood. It always felt like I was born to counsel. My parents were my first clients as far as I remember. My father was a commercial genius, making his way from being a bank clerk to owner of a hosiery empire. But he lacked skills to manage stress and personal relations, and that is where he sought my guidance. Unaware of the source of wisdom behind my advice, I would nevertheless advise him on matters he sought help for. As a child, I always took my clairvoyance for granted. Ironically, I was always inquisitive about the thought process of others.
My journey with metaphysics began after marriage, thanks to the many curves my life took thereafter. Numerology came early in 1993 when I was trying to find answers to my personal queries. I also learnt vaastu, dowsing and feng shui to understand the ‘whys and hows’ of various situations. The best thing was that I always got answers to my questions. Tarot was further used to understand the strange reaction of people in a given circumstance. I also learnt reiki and crystal to give healing to others. This, along with my clairvoyant abilities, drew many to me. People in my circle – extended family, friends, my children’s friends and their mothers – would often reach out to share their problems and seek advice for the difficult circumstances they were stuck in.
I believe that even though life is difficult every problem has a solution. We only need the ability to unveil them without giving up hope!
Intricasies of numerology
There is a plethora of literature on numerology on internet, on one’s characteristics according to their date of birth. However, in reality, numerology is much more complex than that. The way astrology is more than merely the sun signs, similarly there is much more to numerology than the characteristics related to the date of your birth. There are a multitude of numbers that are unseen, appearing in various combinations in a numerological analysis. Following are the effects or characteristics of the missing numbers in a date of birth.
For instance, if one’s full date of birth is 29/3/1978 (we will take into consideration only the last two digits of the year, i.e., 78), then the missing numbers would be 1, 4, 5, 6.
Now, when number 1 is missing from a person’s DoB, that person would always need another person to move forward in life. Similarly, the following:
Number 2 – lack of confidence.
Number3- gets results after lot of hard work, elders are not helpful.
Number 4- stuck in one’s own thoughts; lacks direction, focus.
Number 5 –lack of communication skills; lack of money.
Number 6 – lack of material benefits.
Number7- Delays in most of work undertaken, break in education.
Number 8- Decision making power is very low, delay in all results.
Number 9 – Lacks courage, very fearful, luxury comes after great difficulty.
Vaastu and Feng Shui
Thanks to internet, the amount of information available on these two subjects is amazing. But then again, this information is very random and basic. Even when you get most of your basics right, you still might have vaastu related problems since what is available on internet is only half of the knowledge.
In the bursting-at-the seams, overcrowded cities of today, we cannot practically follow the rules of traditional vaastu where attached bathrooms were a taboo. Today they are a necessity. Spaces are much smaller and are often used for multiple activities simultaneously.
I have practised and lived by the principles of feng shui all my life. When I tried understanding vaastu logically, both the modalities started merging together in my mind, giving a more complete answer than either of them alone could have ever. ‘FS Vaastu’ is the combined form of feng shui and vaastu. While I was practising these and getting results, I found my guru who further helped me refine my knowledge and take it to another level so that results would come in much faster. Dowsing further helped me to understand the energies emitted by Earth. All these things together helped me to give my clients a wholesome experience.
These are a few observations I have made over the years. All the directions in a house have a purpose. If there is a clash in the purpose of the direction and the structure it holds, for example, misplaced toilet or kitchen, or usage of a wrong colour, then the power of that very aspect in that house will be low and unbalanced, giving rise to very specific problems.
Imbalanced North East- Wrong decision, health problems, and low immunity.
Imbalanced East- Government hassles, loss of social standing, lack fun aspect.
Imbalanced Southeast- Nil or little cash flow, worker problems, anxiety, churning.
Imbalanced South- Less credit for hard work, high stress, lack of confidence.
Imbalanced South West – Relationship problems, high expenditure.
Imbalanced West- Lack of gains, low saving, children not studying properly.
Imbalanced North West- Depression, lack of support, problem related to bosses.
Imbalanced North- Lack of opportunities, money, appreciation, low sales.
Imbalance can be in more than one zone, at times creating even deeper problems. But that doesn’t mean that we have to bulldoze the entire structure. Defects can be handled by either shifting the activity or by balancing the elements with colours, shapes and things. Actually vaastu and feng shui in totality are related to the five elements. Once we create a balance there, that particular space gets programmed to fulfil our dreams.
