The balancing act of BELIV
BELIV (Bio Energy Light Integration & Visualisation) is the newest technology that can help visualise body energy activities. Together, the basic course (22 weeks) of instruction in Brahmavidya comprises ‘Pranayam and Spiritual Breathing Exercises’ and ‘Graduated Lessons in Meditation (Dhyana). The advanced course is of 104 weeks and the Teachers’ Training Course is of 96 weeks.

When the National Thermal Power Corporation (NTPC) was established in 1975 to empower the public sector power utility, it was a time of power shortage.The country was reeling under acute shortage of power and other players in the field were not able to cope with the situation.
