Moving towards satyug

They say that in Utopia, there would be harmony in every aspect of life, invariably guided by dharma. This is the ideal that fuels techie turned yogi Hitesh Chandel whose monastery is an office cabin in Gurgaon. Hitesh has come up with 'Project Yug Parivartan' – based on his book, Code of Citizen's Conduct. He calls it the user manual of the human machine, which contains the philosophies of thinkers like Aristotle, Einstein, Patanjali, Krishna, and Buddha, in a contemporary language. The book also talks about the Utopian New World Order and the ways to realise it _ by bringing a shift in human perspective, through the unification of humanity. Talking about his project, Hitesh says, “The Almighty revealed to me,during one of my meditation sessions, the entire work that I have to do in my lifetime, which I codenamed 'Project Yug Parivartan'. By the year 2025, the era of ignorance or Kaliyug will peter out and ascension towards the next higher yug will start. As a project manager, my job is to raise mentors with access to transcendental consciousness who will come together to form a complementary system in this country. This will ensure that critical problems being faced by the country in the socio-economic-political and environmental arena get curtailed.”
Hitesh has prepared a detailed 10-day Self-Actualised Leadership Development Programme, with extensive visual models which will induct people into his project. “Most of the people on our advisory board are veterans in their own fields – motivational speakers and coaches, CEOs and Founder Directors,” he says.
Hailing from a lower middle class family in Delhi, Hitesh worked his way up in the corporate world and built for himself and his family a comfortable life. However, Divine intervention made him quit his cushy IT job at the age of 35 to start his own company – Defined Values Consultancy. Through this, he provides high value leadership and management consulting based on Vedic wisdom. Hitesh has been conferred with the ‘Pride of India Award’ for his ‘Outstanding Individual Achievements and Distinguished Services to the Nation’ in the year 2014.
