Are you in autopilot mode?
In my journey of life, I have observed very closely, a distinct pattern in people. I have seen that the issues which people come with and talk about, even after going through several self-help seminars, counselling, or therapies, remain the same. We love glorifying our sad stories. Stories of struggle and pain are honoured and awarded with high ratings. And that’s the reality: the issue remains the same and never changes. When you ask them if they would like to change their lives and situations, they say ‘yes.’ But that’s a lie because they are never looking for solutions. They love their sad stories. In my experience, people come to me with their issues, for which they choose to learn some spiritual practices or healing modalities. But even after years, when you meet them, you find that the rest of their lives have definitely changed, but the core issue which motivated them to come to this path remains the same. They are still stuck with it. Why?
Some blame it on God, some,on Karma, while others, on doctors, healers, spiritual masters, or the system. Or is it that they don’t really want to change because, by now, they are so used to their sad story that defines them? Yes. We get attached and used to our stories and hold on to them because, till now, it has been serving us in some way which we are not aware of. I remember when I was small and didn’t want to go to school, I used to pretend to be sick and remain at home. That acting sometimes becomes so real for us and a part of our reality that we don’t even realise it.
So, are you pretending? What are you pretending? Before blaming anyone, stop and ask yourself, “What is this sickness or this situation serving? What is my sad story serving?” Be more accountable for your own actions. We are made up of thousands of beliefs which we carry with us, either from our genes, from current life experiences, or those from past lives. These beliefs are stored in our subconscious mind, and they govern our life. We are nothing but beliefs, and we love holding on to them. We are living in autopilot mode.
Can we change our lives? YES. Absolutely yes. We can if we are willing to identify who we truly are. We can identify our own programs and then choose to let go of them and replace them with more positive ones. We think and believe that only through pain and struggles can we learn and grow. No pain, no gain. This is our belief, and we love our pain.
One must learn to come out of this autopilot mode and be more conscious, more present in their lives.
I have learnt to grow through the path of awareness and love. Connecting to the Creator on the 7th plane and infusing the unconditional love and light can replace your autopilot program. You can learn to be more free and happy.

How to work with angels, devas, and deities in the 21st century
Part 1

During my career as a teacher, advertising executive, and spiritual retreat-presenter, like everyone in earth’s ‘schoolroom,’ I faced many challenges—both personal and professional. Before I knew the tools of how to work with God’s light, heavenly beings, and nature spirits, I did not always make wise decisions or react to difficult situations in the best way.
Like most people, I hoped my spiritual path would help me with relationships and keep me from emotional ups and downs. I remember one early relationship where my boyfriend and I really knew how to ‘push each other’s buttons’—meaning we could argue and become extremely upset. That karmic relationship was a very important lesson for me. It was so difficult that it finally drove me to give up. I remember laying on my bed at my parents’ house and saying, “I can’t do this, God. You do it.” In other words, I was surrendering my will to God’s will and asking God to be in control—not me! Immediately, everything changed in my life. I had the strength to end that relationship, get a good job, and seek my true path. That is when I found the teachings of the ascended masters—otherwise known as saints and deities of the East and West—and I learned how to work with them.
Now my greatest desire is to bring that knowledge to everyone who truly wants to improve their own lives and, in the process, benefit life everywhere.
As part of our workshop at the Life Positive International Spiritual Festival on March 3, 2019, at the Zorba the Buddha in New Delhi, my colleague, Mr Jaspal Soni, and I will share exactly what you need to know to have immediate and long-term results in your life and in situations around you. Of course, how your life changes depends on your sincerity, the karma involved, and God’s will. But most people I encounter feel results immediately.
Simply put, there are only three critical keys, and we will cover these in detail at the workshop on How to Work with Angels, Devas, and Deities in the 21st Century.
First, you must know the divine nature of who you are and the unlimited power that gives you.
Second, you must know how the heaven-world is organised so that you can access the right invisible colleagues at the right time. For example, if you see in the news that there is a train wreck, you may call members of the angelic ‘kingdom’ to help the rescuers, paramedics, and injured passengers. If you see border skirmishes or terrorist activity, you might want to access the ‘kingdom’ of deities, saints, or ascended masters. They can specifically guide leaders or expose the truth of any situation. Or, if a typhoon is building strength, you may want to enlist helpers from the nature spirit ‘kingdom’ to turn around the weather.
Third, you must know how to work with God’s light or spiritual fire we call agni—especially the violet agni. Based on the time-honoured ancient traditions of mantra, we will share with you the ‘science of the spoken word,’ and you will experience the power of invoking light and cosmic beings from heavenly realms.

The root causes of diabetes are feelings of frustration, irritation, anger, and disappointment. An emotional deficiency of joy and contentment within leads to a physical deficiency of gastric fire and creates low energy in the pancreas. In reality, our cells and our body respond to every thought we think, every emotion we have, and every word we speak. Repetitive modes of negative thinking, expressing, and suppressing negative emotions will eventually manifest as dis-ease of mind, which further result in many diseases in the body.
Psycho Neurobic Programming will programme our mind with joy and contentment to get rid of the root causes of diabetes. For this, you need to vibrate your brain cells with yellow colour frequency with a feeling of joy and contentment in Agni Mudra.
Simply practice the following step for 30 minutes, two to three times a day for three months to manage blood sugar level and slowly get rid of diabetes in three months. You will see results within seven days.
Concentrate on yellow colour 3D stereographic image for five minutes to bring your brainwaves to alpha level for programming of joy and contentment by repetitive affirmations and visualisations of affirmations. Affirmations and visualiswation of joy and contentment may be “I am joyful and contented. Ocean of joy—Almighty GOD—is showering yellow colour continuously. Feel that full body has become bright in yellow colour. Feel the emotions of joy and contentment by recalling all the joyful moments of your life. Keep thanking GOD in your mind. Do it for 25 minutes.
