Tears in my eyes
There were tears flowing out of my eyes after reading the article Goodness Pays by Jamuna Rangachari in the January 2020 issue of Life Positive. My heart was filled with compassion and forgiveness and my belief about the world being a beautiful place grew stronger.
I truly imbibed the valuable message that kindness is not doing something for someone else because they can’t but because you can. Do not miss a single chance to do even a small act of kindness. ‘Just be kind’ (JBK) will be my philosophy, and I and my family will surely contribute in our own way to make this world a kinder place.
Thank you so much for such an inspiring article which awakened me into doing all that I want to do.

Excellent interviews
Sadhvi Bhagawati’s interview in the January 2020 issue of Life Positive gives the readers the much needed strength and peace in today’s turbulent times. At a time when the world is full of materialistic people, New Age gurus like Sadhvi make a lot of difference to the world. The interview, The master of mudras too was highly informative as Mudras are not as well-known as yoga or meditation are. The Mudras and the meridians are interconnected, making healing easier. Abhaykumar Shah’s work needs to be applauded.

The interview with Mr Abhaykumar Shah, The master of mudras, in the January 2020 issue was very informative and enlightening. It’s a pleasure to see that such powerful techniques are available to promote the development of mind, body and soul. Thanks to Life Positive for publishing such useful features.

An insightful article
I read the article Love conquers Alzheimer’s in the January 2020 issue of Life Positive. It’s a wonderful piece of writing. I have read about this disease, but here, I got to know the intricacies of it and how it affects the patient and their close ones. This article gives us an insight on how to handle people suffering from this condition. We learn something from every struggle.
Thanks for sharing such a well-penned and positive article.

Thought provoking
I had goosebumps on my body while reading How to create a better world by Shivi Verma in the January 2020 issue of Life Positive.
I fully agree with her sincere and heartfelt writing. The principles of kindness, forgiveness and helpfulness with which I too was raised, did not work for me and I often felt like a foolish misfit. But the awareness to have faith has changed my perspective and made my path easier.
I love to read Aha-moments by Megha Bajaj as I find her thoughts meaningful and relatable. She talks about three choices in her column Make a choice which is either to express, or to accept or finally to leave. But sometimes in a relationship we don’t express because of our forgiving nature and accept bad behavior with the belief that things would change for the better if we persevere.
Things do not change and we don’t leave because of emotional, financial or other reasons. Mitlesh listened to as he is her employee.
The outcome could have been different had it been her spouse, parent, sibling, or children. Accepting or leaving in such a situation becomes really difficult.
But she gave a good advice to the young generation who may want to have a new beginning. Cribbing does not help as it attracts more negativity.
