Reader responses for June 2022 issue
Life Positive energises
I loved the article, The fact of suffering, by Suma Varughese, in the June 2022 issue of Life Positive. Especially her viewing the parrot as a warrior. Such deep and uplifting thoughts! I hope this article will remind us to stay calm and rise to the occasion with courage and resilience during difficult times. We never ask the question “Why me?” when things are going well, isn’t it?
I am a freelance graphic designer, and I do Bach flower therapy, yoga, pyramid meditation, etc. I really believe in the power of energy and vibration, and love the quality of content your magazine offers. Keep up the good work.

Guidance sans jargon
The article, Am I worthy enough?, in the June 2022 issue of Life Positive, was such a delightful read. Author Ajay Kalra correctly says that most of us are seeking self-worth through success that is based on a false premise. When life presses a pause button, we don’t know what to do; we feel lost. Only mindful contemplation and correct guidance can make us realise our true worth. I admire how simply the article explained the subtle part of reaching yourself, without the typical motivational jargon. At the end of the day, it is some self-work with your mentor or guru. I truly feel connected reading your articles. Thank you, Life Positive.

Tips on meditating helpful
The article, Meditation for the Modern Man, in the June 2022 issue of Life Positive, is a good read. I have started practising Transcendental M meditation recently. With two young kids at home, travelling to the office, and office space dynamics, it’s a huge challenge. I could relate to the article. Thank you for the tips and suggestions. I was struggling with the chattering noise, space, and time to meditate. I never thought I could use office space for meditation. Now I do. After reading the article, I realise that, in the end, your commitment and creativity matter.

Swami’s efforts appreciated
Your June 2022 issue featured a small piece, Museum of Indian Saints, which I truly appreciated. I read many wonderful articles every month, but when you include small info-articles like this, it gives me a good perspective about what is going on around us. This is a great initiative by Swami Vishwananda. I have a guru, and I know the importance of something like this.

Legacy lives on
Though the article, As You Sow, in your June 2022 issue of Life Positive was compact, it carried a great punch. Pradeep Krishnan has kindly shared his experience in this piece. It explains the wisdom of our tradition clearly and how it is still guiding seekers on the path. I feel awestruck reading the personal experiences of such people. Kudos to Team Life Positive for carrying on the great legacy that we have.
