Letter of the month : LP, my friend
![]() |
The moment I received the September 2015 issue of Life- Positive in my hands I went on reading its articles non-stop. Each and every author was unique and full of knowledge and the message in all the articles was clear and concrete.
The Cinema of Life article written by Shivi Verma was one the best articles of this month. She very well says that life with all its imperfections is already perfect. Suma Varughese and Megha Bajaj are my all-time favourite authors. I can confidently say that this magazine is one of my best friends in life. It motivates me and I am sure others too through its inspiring content.
Please keep up the good work.

A noble job
The cover story, Prolong your youth and beauty, in the August 2015 issue was very appropriate. People have been working since ages to find the solution to this challenge through methods like kayakalp, ageless body, and the secrets of centurions.
My friend, who everyone calls Thatha which means grandpa in Kannada, celebrated his 102nd birthday recently. I invited him to come to my center Atamabodh and share his secrets of good health and longevity. His hearing and appetite are good; he has no BP, diabetes or heart problems and he walks daily in his garden with a stick. He said that eating little, doing regular exercise (he showed his daily routine of simple exercises written down on a paper), keeping busy and helping others, free his mind of worries, and help him stay healthy and enjoy a long life. These secrets have been endorsed by others too.
Life Positive is doing noble work in spreading the message of living and thinking positively. Every issue brings about something unique to inspire the readers.
My best wishes and compliments to the LP family.

Seeker’s journey
I wish to thank Suma Varughese for her Editspeak in the August 2015 issue of Life Positive, for taking up the issue of turning old with grace. She is right when she says that by turning the focus inwards one starts seeking. Yes, Seeking makes the real difference in prolonging youth and beauty. The moment one starts seeking reality with seriousness it changes the whole scenario of life. The moment one is filled with the question that one has not yet found what needs to be found, seeking begins. And the moment seeking begins, it takes one’s majority of time and a simultaneous journey of other dimensions in one’s own being, starts. It never leaves you. The moment the search begins, many unnecessary questions and problems of life die their own death. You no more think of petty ego matters. Ego starts getting muted.

Fan of LP
I am a regular reader of Life Positive magazine. I and my family are your fans. Your article, Diet for sore eyes, in September 2015 issue of Life Positive was highly appreciated.
Its most special feature was that English names of almost all foods were translated into Hindi.
This must prove highly useful to all the readers. Kindly continue this practice.
