I have been fascinated by psychology since my teenage years.
My two degrees in education provided an opportunity to understand how the human mind works and its power over our bodies and lives. My experience in communications and social change issues further deepened my exposure to different situations and different parameters. Having lived and worked in the US for 16 years and in Italy for 6 years and travelled widely to almost all continents, I have a broad understand of people and their cultures.
I moved back to India and have been located in the NCR area since 1990. Since 2002, I have had a successful practice working with men and women of all ages, including teenagers. I do couple therapy as well as family therapy. In my personal growth, I have been able to explore my spiritual self and incorporate this into my healing work. Since the beginning of my practice, I have seen close to 300 clients and worked with them on issues of sadness, depression, relationships (in families and with partners), marriage, anxiety, addiction, trauma and body work.
I use a combination of talk therapy, relaxation (hypnosis), and writing exercises in my practice. I recommend a minimum of 5 sessions to feel the effect of the therapy setting in.
