Her qualifications are:

• Master of Science (M.Sc.) Counselling Psychology
• Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) Practitioner Level
• Post-Graduate Diploma in Psycho-Social Well-Being Using Multi-Arts and Play
• Training in Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT)
• Basic Pranic Healing Course

Some areas she works with are stress, anxiety, depression, relationships, self-esteem, trauma, productivity, work-life balance using a holistic mind-body approach, focussing on:
