Ravi Valluri is a faculty of the Art of Living for the last 10 years. He was addicted to alcohol and tobacco for more than 15 years till he regained sobriety through the Art of Living Foundation and blessings of H.H. Sri Sri Ravi Shankar. Ravi conducts Happiness Programme of the Art of Living, where the donation is Rs 1,500 per participant. In the program, the unique rhythmic breathing technique of Sudarshan Kriya and Pranayama, Meditation and Yoga are imparted.
He further counsels alcoholics and drug addicts to overcome this pestilence.
Ravi Valluri has written three books on Mind Matters - The Matter of the Mind, Make The Mind Mount Kailasa and The Infinite Mind (along with Ankush Garg). These books are available on Amazon and Flipkart and www.crossword. His latest book is NaMo 303Words to Victory. Besides, he writes for Free Press Journal Mumbai and blogs at WordPress and Speaking Tree.
Ravi Valluri is a civil servant and belongs to the Indian Railway Traffic Service and is currently posted as Principal Chief Operations Manager North Central Railway Prayagraj.
