Jitendra is a Yoga teacher as well as a Naturopath. By the blessing of his guru’s, for the past six-plus years, yoga and naturopathy have been both his profession and passion. Growing up in a holistic environment, Jitendra also observed different versions of Yoga. Many variations of “Yog” exist, but they are not applicable to all age groups and diseases. Classical Yog is a unique blend of authentic and powerful Asan (Postures), Pranayam (Breathing) techniques to enable the body and mind to receive God's blessings.
"Let’s get back to our roots, and practice Yog the way our forefathers and Yogis did". This is what Jitendra believes in, and the same is what reflects in his Yog style. Over the course of time, Jitendra has learned that all the creations of nature live their life naturally and remain healthy for their whole life, but humans violate the laws of nature and therefore suffer from various diseases. These days most of the diseases are psychosomatic and lifestyle-related, and Yog and Naturopathy are the natural way to stay/ become healthy.
