About the organizers/facilitators
Gautam Sinha is a certified and trained Yoga instructor. He is currently working as a Yoga therapist. Yoga has become an essential part of Gautam's life.
Since his childhood, he was fascinated by Yoga. On growing up, he regularly practiced the yogic teachings of breathing exercises and meditation, which helped him break free from stress, anxiety, and other discomforts.
Gautam says that it is his passion to spread the knowledge of Yoga and see its benefits reach the masses. Not only that, he was naturally drawn to Reiki because of his innate resonance with hands-on healing. He was attracted to its simple system, which is thoroughly effective and is guided by essential values of respect and integrity. He calls Reiki a true beauty which anyone can learn and practice it on themselves and others, including their pets.
Gautam believes that ours would be a much healthier society if more people realised that they have control over their health, and can become partners with a variety of healing supports, rather than being dependent upon a medical system that, in many ways, seems to have become vast and self-serving, too focused upon symptoms and pharmaceuticals, rather than partnering with those seeking support to heal themselves, and achieve vibrant health.
