Hari Baksh Singh has been practising Yoga for the last 15 Years. He has conducted many workshops in institutes and organisations such as City Financial Corp, and Escorts Heart Institute. As a personal trainer, he has conducted individual yoga sessions for overall health with particular emphasis on the well-being of the pregnant women. Hari's was inclined to the spiritual field since his childhood. He decided to put all his faith in his passion and went ahead with his career choice. Nowadays, he constantly looks forward to utilising his knowledge and experience in Yoga for the overall well-being of its individuals and the society. He often says that he is glad that he chose a different path which enabled him to contribute to the society he lives in.
