Umesh Kaushik is an Outbound Educator/Healer and all different skills. With a Bachelors degree in Commerce from Delhi University, he is also a Certified Mountaineer, Yoga and Naturopathy Therapist (DNYS Three and half year course and Vishwa Bharti Yog Sansthan), a Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki practitioner. He has been working for last 15 years in all these domains. Also, he is a postgraduate in Tourism Management (IGNOU) and is an alumnus of Indian Institute of Tourism of Travel Management (IITTM). Umesh owes his mother-in-law's support for his spiritual awakening. Since childhood, Umesh was very much interested in natural healing system. During his school time, he attended many yoga classes in which many yoga Kriyas, Asanas, Mediation and Chanting were taught. At that time, he did not understand what yoga teacher was demonstrating, but he felt relaxed and energised after the classes. Slowly and steadily he realised that complete healing is only when the synchronisation of mind and body happens. And then came a turning point in his life; his mother- in- law was diagnosed with cancer in 2009. That time was very painful for her. Unable to bear the pain of chemotherapies, she asked him to heal her through meditation. He complied and saw the positive results in an instant. His mother in law relaxed and slept peacefully. This particular happening prompted him to pursue Reiki and natural healing. Umesh has not looked back since then. He aims to makes people aware of the effectiveness of the natural healing.
