Ashok Thakur has done one year course in Yoga from Bihar School Of Yoga, and a six months course from Morarji Desai Yoga National Institute of Yoga. It has been fifteen years since he started practising and teaching Yoga. Ashok believes that Yoga is a practical aid, not a religion. It is an ancient art based on a harmonising system of development for the body, mind, and spirit. The continued practice of yoga will lead people to a sense of peace and well-being, and also a feeling of being at one with their environment. He has dedicated his life to spreading and promoting Yoga.
